Reflexology,  is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet and hands. This is done using massage, hot towels, an essential oil of your choice, and hot stones.

CST  therapy is a gentle cradling technique that focuses on the central nervous system at the head, spinal column, and sacrum.The practice uses only the weight of a nickel to release tension for pain relief and to promote overall wellness. CST is suited for healing trauma (physical and emotional). This service is only bookable with Ranae or Bobby.

This is a specialty service offered by our therapist Ranae. Through direct consciousness transmission, she is attuned to send various waves for clearing, harmonizing and healing your body, mind, spirit as well as the earth.

Reiki, is an energy healing technique   that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety by gentle touch on the body or over your energy field. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. You can also add this service before or after any massage session. 60 and 80 min session options. Bookable with Ranae or Jeremy.

Sound healing has been used for thousands of years around the world to heal both mental and physical ailments. It is a very effective form of alternative medicine because it works directly on the body's energy field and chakras. Sound Therapy quiets the mind, relaxes the body, reduces stress, synchronizes the mind deeply in the present, while promoting natural resonance. This service is 60 min and is offered by J.A.D.E Healing or Ranae.

Take the combination of sound therapy and 30 added minutes of reiki healing for an out of body healing experience! Combined they will magically lead your body, mind and spirit where it needs for healing and emotional block releases. This service is done by two healers and offered by J.A.D.E Healing or Ranae.

30 minutes of Yin Yoga with Mike before or after any massage session.

The benefits of cupping are:  Decrease of toxins, release scar tissue and fascial adhesions, reduce painful trigger points, improve circulation, blood and lymph circulation, pain reliever, promotes mobility and range of motion, and improves mature scars and cellulite.   Please specify if you have a preference of silicone or plastic suction cups.

Crystals are placed on the 7 chakra systems of your body and more on the extra places of your body that may need extra vibrational healing.  You are left in private to partake in a 15 min guided meditation. If you prefer a non private meditation our therapist Bobby will guide you through one.

Add a little extra relief with this ten minute scalp massage. Coconut oil infused with rosemary and peppermint essential oils is lathered onto the scalp to help reduce and promote relaxation.

 Arnica infused organic sunflower oil, unrefined andiroba oil with ginger, turmeric, copaiba, eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils from Cut The Crap Organics is applied to your entire body throughout your massage. Turmeric contains curcumin, which has been extensively studied for its anti inflammatory properties. Ginger contains gingerol, also know to combat the dreaded inflammation. Andiroba oil is rich in alpha-hydroxl acids and fatty acids that help prevent and diminish signs of aging. 

Tis that time of year. This is the perfect add on for cold and flu seasons! On Guard,Eucalyptus and Oregano Essential oils have been proven in studies to weaken the flu virus,reduce fevers,fight bacteria, and are natural antibiotics. These three oils are applied to the body and the bottom of the feet.
